How do I check my order status?

Sign into “My Account” and click on “Orders” located at the top left of the initial page.

Where are you based? Where is the item made of?

We are a Singapore company with a design team based in California, United States, and manufacturing facilities in Asia.

We have suppliers and warehouses all over the world. So we ship from the warehouse nearest to the recipient's address. Sometimes, if there is insufficient inventory, we may arrange for a transfer of goods.

Why I haven't received order confirmation email?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

1. You have entered an incorrect email address with your order

If you have been charged but haven’t received an email confirmation after 24 hours, please check the email address that you have registered with us whether it is the correct email address.

2. You didn't provide your email address.
